We personally research each lot to verify its value and then offer them to the public through this site and others and through auctions on eBay. We buy large numbers of lots at a time at government sales and auctions and private liquidations to be able to offer them to you at below market prices. We spend large amounts of time traveling to counties all over the country in search for good deals to bring to our customers. We verify things like water availability, zoning restrictions, and location of electric power and tell you the truth about the lots. We take pictures of all lots we are interested in, but due to time delays caused by rules for acquiring lots from government entities, sometimes there are changes in availability of lots and we end up with nearby lots that we don't have photos of. The photos that we do have will be representative of the lots.
Other sites offer similar lots at much higher prices. One major outlet warns their customers that some of the tax forfeited lots were acquired by absentee entrepreneurs at very low prices. They state that these entrepreneurs proceed to 'dump' the lots online for a quick profit at prices well below the fair market value. Well, that's us. We are upsetting the locals that see their cash cow being challenged by our LOW prices. We are confident our prices are well below what you you find on the local market because we buy in bulk and sell online without the overhead of an established real estate office.
