A Rio Rancho
neighborhood

Some fantastic
houses being built nearby |
Rio Rancho
is located just outside of Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is one
of the fastest growing communities in the nation, with a year
2000 census of 53,000. The area has magnificent view of the
Sandia Mountains, warm summer days and cool summer evenings,
and mild winter temperatures. Add low land costs, affordable
housing, quality education, and a community with positive attitudes
and you will understand why Rio Rancho is a community you will
want to live in. It will continue to boom well into the 2000's.
Our lots are in a still sparsely populated section that is between
the city of Albuquerque and some densely populated subdivisions
of Rio Rancho and the Sandia Mountains. This land won't last
long as the population of Rio Rancho is growing by about 3,000
and Albuquerque by over 12,000 people a year. There are some
magnificent homes in the area.
