We verify things like water availability, zoning restrictions, and location of electric power and tell you the truth about the lots. We take pictures of all lots we are interested in, but due to time delays caused by rules for acquiring lots from government entities, sometimes there are changes in availability of lots and we end up with nearby lots that we don't have photos of.
